Last week:

• Published May 2017 DoneJS Community Update
• Deployed some updates to CanJS.com:
  • A new API Docs page with all of the collections and package version numbers (which are currently on the home page)
  • The Core/Infrastructure/Ecosystem/Legacy pages are under the API Docs page (which opens all the collections when you click on it)
  • An improved About page
  • Recipes as a direct descendant of Guides, so all of them show when you click on Guides
  • Various minor style changes
  • Lots of fixes for our guides on https
• Submitted/updated a bunch of PRs:
  • Improve the search result ordering
  • Truncate results to 50
  • Fix searching for terms like “%special”
  • Improve the speed of searching for can-*
  • Fix opening search animation
  • Escape the description
  • Change links & embeds to https
  • Change links to https
  • Fix issue with @subchildren
  • Fix the tortoise & hare images on mobile
  • Minor documentation improvements
  • WIP: Add search

Should we add Node 8 to our CI setup for DoneJS?

• Yes, we’re in the process of adding Node 8 to the CI setup for every DoneJS project

can-connect behavior ordering:

• Follow-up from an issue we punted on last week
• Nils has been working on an insertion algorithm for ordering behaviors
• It’s complicated to ensure that things are ordered in the right way
• Proposal: expose the internal ordering that can-connect already has
• Discussed the merits of this proposal since it’s similar to what we already have
• Justin and Nils will more thoroughly talk about this offline
